You can find the shipping costs, delivery times, and other important information in the details below. We currently ship all packages from Germany to the countries listed below.
Germany
Shipping costs: 5,00€
For orders with a gross value of 50€ or more, we offer free shipping.
Delivery time: 4 to 5 days
Shipping is handled by DHL.
Europe (EU)
Shipping costs: 7,90€
For orders with a gross total of 100,00€ or more, we offer free shipping.
Delivery time: 6 to 8 days
Shipping is handled by DHL.

By default we only ship to the countries listed above.
If you’d like us to ship to another country, just send us an email at contact@rvdiment.com before you place your order.
Please include the item and quantity you want along with your full delivery address, including country and postal code. We’ll check with our shipping partner and let you know as soon as possible if we can deliver to your location and what the shipping cost will be.
Returns / Refunds
Regardless of your statutory rights, we voluntarily grant you an extended return period of 30 days from receipt of the goods.
Within this period, you can return any items purchased from us via our returns portal without giving any reason.
After receiving and successfully inspecting the returned item(s), the refund will be issued within a maximum of 14 days to the original payment method used for the purchase.

Shipment tracking
Once your order has been processed and handed over for shipping you will receive an email with a link to track your shipment.
Information on calculating the delivery date
For advance payment, the delivery period begins on the day after the payment order is issued to the transferring bank, or for other payment methods, on the day after the contract is concluded, and ends on the last day of the delivery period. If the last day of the delivery period falls on a Sunday or a public holiday recognized by the state at the place of delivery, the next working day shall take the place of such a day.
If you order multiple items from us in one order, each with different delivery times, we will ship the goods in one shipment unless we have agreed otherwise with you. In this case, the delivery time for the item in your order with the longest delivery time will apply to the entire shipment
Info on shipping outside the EU
For deliveries to countries outside the European Union, as well as to the USA and Canada, additional costs may apply that we are not responsible for and which must be borne by you. These may include, for example:
- Fees charged by banks for money transfers (e.g. wire-transfer fees, exchange-rate fees)
- Import duties and taxes (e.g. customs duties, VAT, sales tax, GST/HST)
