Our deliveries are made exclusively to the ten Canadian provinces (Ontario, Québec, Nova Scotia, New Brunswick, Manitoba, British Columbia, Prince Edward Island, Saskatchewan, Alberta, Newfoundland and Labrador) and the three territories (Yukon, Northwest Territories, Nunavut). Deliveries to CFPO/Canadian Forces Post Office addresses and other military mailboxes are excluded.

Please note that when importing into Canada additional import duties, taxes (e.g. customs duties, Goods and Services Tax – GST, Harmonized Sales Tax – HST), and handling or clearance fees by customs authorities or carriers may apply. These costs are not included in the purchase price and must be borne by you.

Please include the item and quantity you want along with your full delivery address, including country and postal code. We’ll check with our shipping partner and let you know as soon as possible if we can deliver to your location and what the shipping cost will be.

Regardless of your statutory rights, we voluntarily grant you an extended return period of 30 days from receipt of the goods.

Within this period, you can return any items purchased from us via our returns portal without giving any reason.

For the return shipment, we charge the following flat-rate fees, which will be deducted from your refund:

• Switzerland / Liechtenstein: CHF 5
  
• Outside the EU: Please contact us in advance to clarify the return procedures and costs.

Return shipping costs do not apply in the case of defective or faulty goods; in such cases, we will cover the return shipping costs in full.

Once your order has been processed and handed over for shipping you will receive an email with a link to track your shipment.

For advance payment, the delivery period begins on the day after the payment order is issued to the transferring bank, or for other payment methods, on the day after the contract is concluded, and ends on the last day of the delivery period. If the last day of the delivery period falls on a Sunday or a public holiday recognized by the state at the place of delivery, the next working day shall take the place of such a day.

If you order multiple items from us in one order, each with different delivery times, we will ship the goods in one shipment unless we have agreed otherwise with you. In this case, the delivery time for the item in your order with the longest delivery time will apply to the entire shipment

For deliveries to countries outside the European Union, as well as to the USA and Canada, additional costs may apply that we are not responsible for and which must be borne by you. These may include, for example:
